Helping you take care of yourself, your family, and your business.
What matters to me is family. In my law practice, my goal is to help you take care of yourself and your family. I do this by serving clients in New York and Connecticut and providing services in these areas:
- Wills, trusts, and estates
- Residential real estate transactions
- Small business formation and transactions
- For attorneys, legal research and writing services and pre-trial litigation services
How do these areas help you take care of yourself and your family? Many times when a major life change occurs, you may need legal advice and services. For example, if you have recently gotten married or welcomed a baby into your family, it is common to start thinking about what would happen to your family if something happened to you. Or maybe you have intended to get a will for several years and are finally taking the next step now. I can help you ensure that your family is taken care of with a will, trusts, and estate planning.
You may also want to consider taking care of yourself with a living will and healthcare power of attorney. This will ensure that you are taken care of in the way that you prefer and will make difficult decisions less stressful for your family. I can help you with these documents.
I can also help you successfully navigate your real estate transactions and handle all the “legalease” so that the process is less stressful for you and your family. And I can help you if you decide to start, grow, or change your own business. The decision to “be your own boss” may allow you to gain more control over your work schedule and may be the perfect way for you to provide for your family while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
I also provide legal research and writing services to other lawyers who have too much work and not enough time. I fill the role of a senior associate, without the costs associated with hiring an employee. I also offer pre-trial litigation services like conducting depositions and interviews, arguing pre-trial motions, making court appearances, and acting as local counsel.
Lastly, if your legal needs are outside my scope, I can refer you to a trustworthy attorney.
